Jasmine Salonga is a compassionate, strengths-based therapist who specializes in helping children, teens, and adults navigate anxiety, behavioral challenges, life transitions, and emotional regulation. Her style is warm, nonjudgmental, and playful when working with younger kids. She brings that same grounded, collaborative energy to clients of all ages.

Drawing from her social work background, Jasmine believes effective therapy happens in collaboration with the full care team. She works closely with parents, schools, and other support systems to create coordinated care that’s both clinically grounded and practically supportive. Jasmine uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as a foundation, helping her clients understand how their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected and equipping them with tools to shift unhelpful patterns and take ownership of their mental health journey.

She’s especially passionate about expanding access to mental health care in Asian American communities, where stigma and silence around emotional wellness can often prevent people from seeking help. Jasmine brings cultural understanding and lived perspective to her work with Asian American youth and families, and is committed to normalizing therapy and mental health support in these spaces.

Her approach is holistic, inclusive, and deeply client-centered, focused not only on challenges but on each person’s existing strengths, identity, and resilience.
